What is yoga therapy?
Yoga therapy is a spiritual coaching therapy based on an olistic approach and on the values and principles of yoga. My yoga therapy work involves individual online coaching sessions designed to rebalance the body, mind, and soul. The focus of my work is to deeply understand the underlying causes of stress, depression, addiction, post-traumatic disorders, anxiety, or panic attacks. Through this process, I aim to help you improving self-confidence, managing stress effectively, developing greater self-awareness, and discovering answers by connecting deeply with your soul, heart, and intuition.

How does it work?
We will work in steps:
Step 1: We will analyze your lifestyle in all areas (relationships, work, environment, family, creativity, spirituality, etc.) using specific, focused questions to identify misalignments and-or discomfort.
Step 2: We will address past traumas to understand how they influence your life and negative patterns today.
Step 3: We will build new awareness within yourself so you can overcome fears, create a solid foundation for the future you desire, and manifest the values and dreams held in your heart and soul. Together, we will transform discomfort into positive energy and new awareness.
